Time to get creative and think ‘outside the box’ in this exciting scuplture workshop. Choose from a suitcase of weird and wonderful objects and assemble, glue, tie, weave, and thread them into pieces of art. You might create a sculpture inspired by the beautiful gardens or lake, or build a strange creature or animal from a magical story. Let’s bring those imaginations to life!
Using recycled, mixed media materials children will learn construction techniques while considering shape, composition and colour. Children will give their work a title and together we will curate the scupltures into a wonderful display by the lake for our families to enjoy, before we take them home.
Ages: 5–15
Children under the age of 9 must have a carer present to assist
Cost: $10 Members / $15 non-Members
