Botanical print booklet

Saturday 19 November 10AM-3PM

Join artist Maggie Hollins and learn the art of botanical printing using plant materials to create artworks on paper. The prints are wrapped and ‘cooked’ before revealing their unique and intriguing designs. Participants will create a simple artist booklet to place their prints into at home.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Maggie is a practicing artist with qualifications in ceramics from the National Art School, Sydney and a Visual Arts Degree from QUT, Brisbane. Maggie has a studio in Benalla and has led art workshops and participated in exhibitions across North East Victoria. Maggie focuses her practice on working with natural dyeing, indigo dyeing, and zero waste clothing design.
