Join Albury based artist, Karen Brown, to learn the mesmerizing process of stippling. Stippling is a drawing technique in which areas of light and shadow are created using nothing but dots! Karen will teach you step-by-step techniques for creating compositions and building up tone, texture and form to achieve your own stunning, intricate art pieces. Bring along your own subject matter or draw inspiration from those supplied. All materials will be supplied. Please note the change of venue while the gallery is closed for redevelopment.
About the artist
Karen specialises in drawing close-ups of our natural world and entices the viewer to examine and appreciate nature’s detail. Karen is a resident artist at Art Gallery on Ovens, Wangaratta and regularly teaches drawing in Albury.
