Art Therapy

Thursday 9, 23 May and 6, 20 June 10am-1pm

Art therapy is a powerful tool to create, heal and thrive. In this series of four art therapy workshops, participants will express themselves through painting, movement, music and meditations, celebrating what makes us all unique.

Bree will create a safe and nourishing space for participants to explore how art therapy feels and how it can support their way of life, and sense of self in community when they practice embodying their own wisdom through art.

About Bree Marchbank: Bree is a trauma informed, qualified Initiatic Art Therapist. She uses guided drawing and painting sensorimotor art therapy processes. Her practice is centred around social and community justice, accessibility, and self-advocacy and determination.
