Monday 4 May 2026, 10–11AM
For this First Monday’s session we will hear from Anita Laurence as she talks about her practice and her exhibition with Bill Young, A Creative Partnership. Anita lives in the King Valley, and her studio is located on site. Many of her art works are inspired by the beautiful local valley landscape and its iconic features. Anita’s art is often composed of narrative and place. Her striking linocut prints, etchings and paintings depict historic tobacco kilns, silos, churches, buildings, farm sheds, houses, fish, trees and land formations. Anita has exhibited continually since 1985, working mainly in linocut; with her husband Master Printmaker Bill Young they have produced over 150 limited edition prints.
