Artists of all levels are welcome to join the sessions. Sessions will be co-designed and devised between the sharing artists to most adequately meet their practice needs and to explore new approaches to artwork development.
FRESH JUICE kicked off in April 2024, with participants commencing with juicy discussions about their practice and what they wished to gain from the sessions. Sessions have continued since, offering participants the opportunity to co-design a space that allows for both physical explorations and reflection within the session. Participants push their practices, introducing the use of other mediums and props. The sessions present opportunities to take risks in a safe, supported space and are a great way to explore performance-making and new ideas through collaboration. We would also love to see visual artists enter the sessions and explore their practice through performance or collaboration with other artistic disciplines.
FRESH JUICE sessions are generally held on the third Thursday evening of each month, however will be staged on the second Thursday in August.
