GRUBB FAMILY FUND
The Grubb Family Fund was established by Anita Grubb to acknowledge, continue and complement the philanthropy of her parents, Peter and Norma Grubb, and grandparents, Alfred and Coral Grubb. While Norma was a Life Member of the Gallery and Coral was a Foundation Life Member, all shared a deep belief in the vision of the Benalla Art Gallery and its vital contribution to the community.
Anita’s association with Benalla dates from 1931 through Millers Benalla, a longstanding local retailer and recognised institution established in 1891 and owned by the Grubb family for almost 100 years.
The Grubb Family Fund recognises that the Benalla Art Gallery Foundation is a remarkable community asset which needs to be invested in, nourished, nurtured and maintained-to ensure it continues to inspire and benefit both current and future generations.
