Create fun, animal inspired pinch pots out of air-dry clay. In this workshop little artists will be encouraged to explore the wonderful texture of clay and the sculpting of shapes and features. Children can take their pinch pots home to paint, perfect for their first plant!
Materials:
Air-dry clay, wooden clay tools
Mat Time:
Together in the gardens we will sing a song about walking through landscapes and the animals we might see. A series of songs and movement explorations will get us thinking about animals, how they move, what colour they are and what shapes make up their interesting features.
