ROBYN AND DAMON SUTTON NAMED FUND

As the eldest daughter of Jim and Midge Murray, Erma Ledger was Robyn’s Great Aunt (the sister of her maternal Grandmother, Jean). Erma and Jean were very close and along with Laurie, the couple were like grandparents to the four Murray children.

Erma and Laurie Ledger fostered an interest in art and the local community in the next generation, and Robyn remains proud of the significant contribution the Ledgers made to the Benalla Art Gallery – the building and Collection.

Robyn and her husband Damon, although no longer based in the region, remain connected to the North East and are pleased to play a role in the future prosperity of the Gallery and region through the establishment of a Named Fund.
