Taking inspiration from the current exhibition Reconfigured at the pop-up Benalla Art Gallery, participants will explore still life drawing with pencils and charcoal. We will pay special attention to a work by Guy Stuart and assemble our own still life subject to draw. Participants will learn about dimensions, shape and shading to accurately depict their still life image.
Participants are welcome to bring a few small items to create a still life scene to draw during the workshop session. Still life items will also be provided.
