SUE & NICK CLARK

Sue Clark was born and raised in Benalla, where her lifelong connection to the Benalla Art Gallery was shaped by the influence of her great aunt and uncle, Erma and Laurie Ledger. Their passion for art and generous contribution to the Gallery instilled in Sue a deep appreciation and enduring fondness for the institution.

Today, Sue serves as a board member of the Benalla Art Gallery Foundation. She now lives in Melbourne with her husband, Nick, and together they have three adult children, Ben, Emma, and Kate.

Continuing the legacy of the Ledger family, Sue and Nick share a strong belief in the vital role that regional galleries play in fostering community health, well-being, and cultural life. They are deeply committed to supporting the Benalla Art Gallery to ensure it continues to thrive and maintain its place as one of Victoria’s leading regional galleries well into the future.
