Local artist Maggie Hollins will guide children through making a cyanotype or sun print. Maggie will show kids how to prepare the paper for exposure and guide them through the process of designing, exposing, and fixing the print. After collecting interesting fallen leaves and other found flat objects in the Botanical Gardens children will make their own cyanotype prints.
Materials and gloves supplied. Please wear old clothing and closed-in shoes and bring a hat for our garden walk.
