Simeon is an artist and mapmaker, whose work attempts to respond to the animate world around us. He says that this will be “a workshop about finding our place in the world, and what matters to us. I’m not so interested in roads and houses and man-made structures, I’m interested in the otherworld, of watersheds and blue mountain ranges and weather patterns and animal paths and bird migrations and where the first green shoots of spring appear. I’m interested in my place in this world. For the workshop, no experience is necessary, just a willingness to feel your animal body and its place in the world and to dive into the imaginal realm.”
