Colour Theory: Saturday 26 March, 1-4PM
Using the Effect of Colour & Light to Create Impact: Saturday 2 April, 1-4PM

In week one Jennifer will discuss colour theory, mixing and application of pastels using various strokes to gain different effects. Participants can then apply these techniques using a limited palette on black paper to create simple dramatic images such as the lemons shown on the front cover.

The second workshop will show participants how to make their paintings stand out, using colour and light to create impact. Ideas will be put into practice with varied subject matter that is provided.

Jennifer Paull is a multi-award winning artist living and working in north east Victoria. She creates artworks of many subjects, from portraiture and the human figure, to still life and landscapes.
