Join local artist Valentin. aka Ntb, for a live demonstration and in-conversation exploring his street art practice and stencil technique.
During this session, Ntb will create two stencil works live, under the deck at the Benalla Art Gallery; offering insight and details on his practice during an in-conversation talk.
Ntb explains “The artwork I create generally comes from photos I’ve taken while travelling or from the music and movie scenes that inspire me. These moments help me share the emotions I feel through the pictures I capture. Through my art, I aim to bring a unique perspective to the world, combining my travels, experiences, and passion for street art.”

About the Artist:
Valentin, is a French stencil artist also known as Ntb. Valentin moved to Australia when he was 19 as a backpacker, travelling the country in a van. He continued his travels around the world until finally finding a place to call home in Australia. Now, he is currently raising his young family here in Benalla. Valentin’s first and continuing inspiration is Blek le Rat, a French graffiti artist known in the early days as the “Father of Stencil Graffiti.”
Valentin started channeling his creativity into the streets of Melbourne. His stencil technique is hand crafted, spending hours cutting fine lines to create unique pieces displaying his own style and energy.
This is an official event presented as part of the 2025 Benalla Street Art Festival.
